South Texas Amish Furniture and Amish Furniture at the Outlets sell solid wood, hand crafted furniture. Each piece is custom made to order. Since Amish-made furniture is not factory made, the typical build-to-finish time-frame is 8 to 12 weeks. Upon your purchase, we will contact the craftsmen to obtain an estimated completion date. We will not rush the building or finishing process. We want your furniture to be built carefully with the highest standards of craftsmanship.

As the Amish refrain from the use of phones, faxes, or computers, tracking orders requires more time and effort. Your patience is appreciated.
South Texas Amish Furniture requires 50% down and the remaining balance at the receipt of the furniture. Internet orders require 100% payment at time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money orders, checks, and cash. Your order will not be processed until the funds payment has cleared. Please submit the correct billing address for credit cards. If an incorrect billing address is submitted, the order will not be processed. Once a purchase has been made, an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased and all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email or mailing address.
We do offer 12 months no interest financing with approved credit by Wells Fargo Financial National Bank. 30% down is required for financed purchases. No discounts, coupons, or promotions may be used on financed purchases. You can apply for financing at either one of our two locations.
For your convenience, we offer a “Price Protection” Layaway Program* to assist with your furniture purchase. This program locks the price of the furniture for up to six months, and we do not charge interest or fees. All you need to do is make equal monthly payments for up to five months. Once you have paid for at least 60% of your purchase, your furniture order will be placed with the Builder. After this point, no previous nor future payments are refundable. Once your furniture has been received into our warehouse and you have paid 100% of your purchase, you will be ready to take delivery.

There is an 7.25% sales tax charge for any online order delivered within Texas. Sales tax for items purchased at our Shiner location is 7.25%. Sales tax for items purchased at our Robstown location is 8.25%.

Privacy Issues: No information gathered at this site will be distributed or sold to anyone. We respect the right to your privacy and we will protect it. Your information will be encrypted to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Your information will reach us safely, securely, and privately.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, South Texas Amish Furniture shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. You will be contacted when the error is found and be given the opportunity to proceed with or cancel the order. Your money will be refunded if you choose to cancel the order.
Color, Stain, and Size Variations
Wood is a natural product. The natural characteristics will not allow for a perfectly uniform product and pieces may have color variations. South Texas Amish Furniture is not responsible for variations in wood color, stain color, cherry pits, knots, knot holes, mineral deposits, sap wood, and wood grain. Sizes are given as overall sizes and may change without notice. We try to keep sizes updated as models are changed. However, dimensions may vary from those stated. Dimensions will be verified with you when we call to finalize your order.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Order Changes
You have 24 hours from the time your order is processed to cancel with a refund minus a 6% charge for credit card fees. After 24 hours, the builder has already started building your furniture. This is custom-made furniture. If you choose to cancel after 24 hours, your refund will be 50% of the purchase total minus 6% for credit card fees.
You have 72 hours to make stain and/or hardware changes. Stain and/or hardware changes requested after 72 hours cannot be guaranteed, however, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Every piece of furniture comes with a one-year Builder’s Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The Amish take great pride and care in their craft. Product damage is rare. Should you detect a defect, contact us and we will assist you with instructions in sending it to the necessary location for repair. This warranty does not apply to issues caused by the failure to maintain proper humidity levels in the home (35%-45%), or obvious misuse of the product.
Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, Privacy, and Shipping Policy, your use of the site, the service, or the content are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.
